Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Electoral Officer Tikaram Meena has said that the polling rules for the Assembly elections are being prepared. Tikaram Meena said that apart from the Covid victims, postal voting will also be provided to people with disabilities and those above 80 years of age. Tikaram Meena said that the Central Election Commission (CEC) will hold discussions with political parties on the 21st and strictly adhere to the Covid rules in the campaign.
