Kochi: Enforcement Directorate sent a notice to C M Raveendran seeking to appear for questioning. He is now scheduled to appear on Thursday. Following this, Raveendran filed a petition in the High Court. In a petition filed in the high court, CM Raveendran said that he was ill and should not be taken into custody. The petition also states that the proceedings of the ED should stay and that counsel be allowed when the ED is questioned.This is the fourth time that ED Raveendran has been given notice. Raveendran did not appear for questioning three times citing the health problems caused by Covid. Raveendran said in a letter to the Enforcement last week that he had a severe headache and neck pain. Raveendran had attached the report of the medical superintendent with the letter.
