New Delhi: Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has instructed the National Testing Agency (NTA) to make amendments to the selection of preferred exam centers in the online application for the JEE Mains 2020 exam.
The move comes after considering the difficulties faced by the students and the current circumstances due to COVID-19. The National Testing Agency issued a notice regarding the changes in the application on April 1.
And today the Agency decided to make the changes in the application so that the students can change their exam centers as they wish.
The agency will make an effort to allocate the exam center within the city of the candidates selected, but the final decision will depend on the city’s ability to accommodate the candidates. But for administrative reasons, the application may also be available in a different city. NTA’s decision on providing testing centers will be final.
Application modifications are currently available, including selecting cities with exam centers, which will be available on April 14, 2020, at https: //jeemain.nta.nic. Candidates should visit the website and compare their information or make any changes necessary.
