2019 was a great year for the Indian film industry. A handful of good films were released last year. This year’s Film Critics’ Choice Awards were announced. The film also features some of the finest films and stars of various languages.
The award includes the best films in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, and Hindi. The Critics’ Choice Film Awards are an award jointly organized by the Film Critics Guild and the Motion Content Group in association with Vistas Media Capital.
Mammootty won the award for his performance in the Malayalam film Khalid Rehman directed by Unda. Parvathy is the best actress. Parvathy’s performance in the film ‘Uyare,’ which tells the story of Pallavi, who survived acid attacks, won the award. The best director is Ashik Abu, who wrote the virus that told the story of Nipah’s survival. Kumbalangi Nights have won the Best Picture award and Kacha Screenplay Award.
