Go Air starts 12 more flight service

Kochi: India’s fastest-growing airline, Go Air, today announced the commencement of new flights. With this, the company has added more than 325 daily services. Go Air will operate two services on its Delhi-Chandigarh, Lucknow-Ahmedabad, and Kolkata-Lucknow routes.

Besides, four services will be started on the existing Kolkata-Guwahati route and two on the Ahmedabad-Chandigarh route. The new flights will be in service from October 5.

Go Air Managing Director Jay Wadia said 12 new services are being launched as part of Go Air’s expansion plans. Six of these will be on the new route and the other on the existing route.

Lucknow is already connected to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The new service to Kolkata will also help fulfill the company’s mission of linking Lucknow with metro cities, he added.

GoAir has added 16 aircraft to its fleet, adding 90 new services in the past 11 months. Eight airports including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Muscat, and Kuwait was added to Go Air’s fleet.

Delhi-Chandigarh services are available on all days except Sundays. Tickets start from INR 1707. Lucknow – Ahmedabad services are also available on Sundays except for Sundays. Tickets start from Rs 2487.

New services on these routes will start on October 5. Go Air Flight Tickets can be booked through goair.in, Go Air Mobile App, Call Center, Travel Agents, and Travel Portals.

Go Air currently operates 330 flights daily. In August, 13.91 lakh passengers traveled via Go Air. At present, Go Air Ahmedabad, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kochi, Kolkata, Kannur, Leh, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Port Blair, Pune, 24 domestic services including Srinagar, seven international flights to Phuket, Mali, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bangkok, and Kuwait also paid.
