National, September 30, 2019: Kalyan Jewellers, records a 189% growth over last year in the website traffic. It is one among the top three jewellery brands in India with the highest website traffic, as per a recent study by SEMrush, an online visibility management platform. The study shows Kalyan Jewellers rapidly strengthening its digital presence with average website traffic witnessing a huge increase of 189% over the previous year, to reach 702,791 average website volume during the period January to August 2019.


Kalyan Jewellers has been consistently increasing the share of its marketing and advertising budget allocated to digital platforms. “Our investment in digital marketing is showing results,” said Mr. T S Kalyanaraman, Chairman and Managing Director, Kalyan Jewellers Ltd., “We are looking to reach out to the tech-savvy and trend conscious millennials who are our next gen consumers. Reaching out to the new millennial audience requires us to use platforms that influence their purchasing decision, and our digital strategy is crafted to speak to the millennials in their style and language, while giving them the digital experience that they expect.”

Kalyan Jewellers is set to launch its new campaign for the year’s festive season. With major festivals like Dussehra, Durga Pooja and Diwali round the corner, the brand has plans for a full-fledged campaign this festive season. In south India the campaign will be starred by its regional brand ambassador’s, Mr. Prabhu, Mr. Nagrjuna, Mr. Sivaraj Kumar & Ms. Manju Warrier. The multi-starrer campaign ourside south India will feature Kalyan Jewellers’ global brand ambassador’s Mr. Amithabh bachchan & Katrina Kaif, along with celebrities from Gujarat, Maharastra, Punjab and West Bengal such as Wamiqa Gabbi, Kinjal Rajpriya, Pooja Sawant and Ritabhari Chakraborty.


The jewellery brand will be promoting this campaign with a multi-channel approach by conveying the brand message to the relevant audience through various channel.
