Unnao: The BJP MLA charged with murder case into the accident Unnao rape survivor accident. The BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar who faces charges of gang rape was boked by the police.
He was booked for criminal conspiracy and murder in connection with the accident suffered by the rape survivor and her family in Rae Bareli on Sunday.
The three of survivor’s relatives died in the accident. According to the reports, including the brother of Kuldeep Singh, 10 were charged with murder, attempt to murder, conspiracy linked to the case.
Other 20 were included in the FIR.
