Some believe that rice is food that increases body weight. So today, many people are avoiding rice. But a lot of Japanese researchers say it is not right that rice increases fat. The answer is based on the study of the lives of people from 136 countries.
“The people in the countries where rice is the most prime food less obesity than other countries. Moreover, eating rice helps break in getting hungry for a long period of time and will help you to feel comfortable”- says Professor Tomoko Iyami, who led the study team.
Tom Fry, chairman of the National Observer Forum in London, has come to this conclusion.
The study also claims that rice will help to reduce fat. But should control the amount of rice to keep the diet, researchers claim.
