Beetroot-Ginger curry
Ginger (sliced into small pieces)- ½ cup
Beetroot (grated)- ½ cup
Shallots (sliced)- ¼ cup
Green Chilly (sliced)- 3
Tamarind -10 gram
Jaggery – 10 gram
Salt- required
Oil-1 tea spoon
Preparation
1.Saute ginger, beetroot ,shallots together and grind it well.
2. Add some water to the paste and boil it.
3.Add tamarind juice, jiggery, one spoon red chilly powder,salt and
green chillies to it.
4. When it turns thick , remove from the stove and it’s ready to serve.
