Mumbai: Bollywood actor Salman Khan received death threats again. The actor is required to visit the temple and apologize for killing the blackbuck or pay Rs 5 crore. Salman Khan is threatened to be killed if the demands are not accepted. On Monday, a message was received on the WhatsApp number of the Mumbai Police Traffic Control Room claiming to be the brother of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.
“If Salman Khan wants to be alive, he should go to the temple and apologize to our Bishnoi community. Or 5 crores should be paid. If he doesn’t we will kill him. Our group is still active,” the message said.
The police informed that after receiving the threat message, the police has started an investigation and security measures for Salman Khan have been strengthened. The police are also investigating whether the message is related to Lawrence Bishnoi, who is in jail in various cases such as attempted murder and extortion.
