Gaza: 22 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza. A rocket attack took place on a school in southern Gaza where displaced Palestinians were living. Most of the victims were women and children.
Among those killed were 13 children and six women. The rocket attack happened when the children were playing in the field. The Israeli military claimed that the building, which used to be a school, now houses the command center of Hamas. The Israeli military said the attack was aimed at Hamas’ command center. But Hamas denied this.
