Thiruvananthapuram: The Meteorological Department has warned of a cyclone forming in the Bay of Bengal by Sunday. It is likely to reach the North Tamil Nadu-South Andhra coast by early Monday. There is a possibility of rain in more places in the state on these days. A yellow alert has been issued in five districts today. Rainfall warning is in Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam, Idukki, Kozhikode and Wayanad districts. There is a yellow alert in four districts tomorrow.
