Attention everyone! The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has just announced that the highly anticipated Chandrayaan-3 mission is right on schedule for its soft-landing on the lunar surface on August 23. This is an incredible feat that will undoubtedly make history and we couldn’t be more excited! The ISRO has assured us that all systems are undergoing regular checks and smooth sailing is continuing. This is a testament to the incredible work and dedication of the ISRO team.

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has shared a video showcasing images of the moon captured by the Lander Position Detection Camera (LPDC) from an altitude of approximately 70 km. The ISRO has stated that the LPDC images play a crucial role in assisting the Lander Module in determining its precise position, including latitude and longitude, by matching them against an onboard moon reference map.

On Monday, a senior scientist from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) stated that the agency will proceed with the landing of the spacecraft only under favorable conditions on the designated day. In the event, if the conditions are not favorable, a new attempt will be made on August 27.

It is anticipated that the Chandrayaan-3 will successfully touch down on the lunar surface on August 23, 2023, at precisely 6:04 pm. The event will be broadcasted live on various platforms, including the ISRO website, its Youtube channel, Facebook, and the public broadcaster DD National TV, commencing at 17:27 pm IST.

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is endeavoring to achieve a triumphant soft landing of the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft on the lunar surface. This feat would position India as the fourth nation globally to accomplish such a mission, following the United States, Russia, and China. We urge you to join ISRO in supporting this groundbreaking mission and witness the incredible achievements of ISRO. Let’s wait and watch for the safer landing of Chandrayaan-3.
