Srinagar: Amarnath pilgrimage has been suspended again. Due to bad weather, the pilgrimage has been temporarily suspended. Heavy rain continues in the cave temple area.
The pilgrimage, which was interrupted due to the disaster, resumed today and was stopped again within hours. So far 16 people have died in the Amarnath disaster. Reports are that there are still around 35 people to be found. The search for the missing persons is continuing.
