Malayalam Actress Devi Ajith Arrested for Drunken Driving
Famous malayalam atress Devi Ajith, who shot to fame with the Jayaram starrer Ivar in 2003, was arrested on Tuesday by the Peroorkada police (Thiruvananthapuram district) for drunken driving. Devi Ajith has acted in many serials and films in malayalam The incident happened at Pippinmoodu in Sasthamangalam on Tuesday night. The actress, in an inebriated condition, lost control of her Alto car, rammed into an electric post and started uttering vulgar words against the public. When the police reached the spot, she then turned against the police in the same manner. On medical examination, it was found that she was drunk. She was later released on bail.
